Summary

As Photo Division Manager, you will be working closely with employees at our Bowling Green Offices and Mid South Photo Shoot Locations.

 Responsibilities

As a Photo Division Manager weekend work will be required about 60 - 70% of the year.  This is a rapidly changing, demanding position where peak season hour to average 60+ hours weekly.  In addition you will be required to manage all aspects of photo division operations, including but not limited to, employee hiring, training, scheduling, weekly evaluations and feedback, customer communication, safe image transfer and dedicated planning.  Other duties include overseeing vehicle maintenance/repair; maintaining photo equipment and packing of equipment for multiple shoot locations (currently up to 10).  Other duties as assigned.

You will be reporting all daily activities to the Manager/Owner.

Qualifications

·          Strong desire to succeed with a growing company

·          Bachelor’s degree in management or management preferred in lieu of degree.

·          Minimum of two years experience as Operations Manager/ Photo Division.

·          Previous supervisory experience managing employees, which may include Photo Shoots.

·          Directly manages the following personnel: non exempt part-time staff, full-time photographers.

·          Computer literacy is a must and use in CS2 and MS Office a plus.

Salary:  Base salary plus performance based bonuses
