1. Can I send you a file through the Internet?
Of course. You can FTP your documents and images and project requirements for assessment.

2. I am unable to access the
FTP Site.
You must copy and paste the link in your web browser or retype it. The link will not open in an email format.
If you are running any firewalls please turn them off. Make sure your browser is FTP enabled. At your browser please click
tools > internet options. Then proceed to the advanced
tab. Scroll down to Enable folder view for ftp sites and then scroll further and make sure use
passive ftp is unchecked then apply and ok. Close the browser and
reopen it. Then paste or type ftp address provided in you browser.

3. How fast can I get a quote?
Generally, requested quotes are sent within 24 hours. Some quotes can take as fast as 1 hour although some may take longer depending on the project's requirements.

5. How long does it take to
receive our pictures?
A properly submitted order typically ships within 1 week.
6. What's the cost of remakes
or reorders?
Reorder and remakes are priced at a higher pricing structure
and have a longer delivery time from original orders. If exact
matching color is not important, you can use the AllStar
Software as an original order. Please keep in mind, all orders
over $100.00 ship free.

8. How do I turn off Windows XP firewall?
To turn off the Windows XP firewall, do the following:
- Click on the Start
button, choose All Programs, then choose Connect
To and then Show all connections.
- Right-click on the icon
for your Internet connection and choose Properties
from the pop-up window.
- In the window that
appears, click on the Advanced tab and uncheck Protect
my computer and network by limiting or preventing access
to this computer from the Internet.
- Click the OK
button. You have now turned off the firewall.
